Acceptable use policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Scope and content standards
This policy applies to prompts, photos, source videos, audio, generated files and shared videos. Use only authorized material and consenting adults. The following are prohibited individually:
Sexual content / NSFW
Pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual acts and sexualized transformations. Adult content is prohibited; age verification does not make it permitted.
Violence / gore
Graphic injury, gore, torture, violent threats or instructions enabling violence. Terrorism, mass violence and weapons-of-mass-destruction instructions are prohibited.
Hate
Dehumanization, hateful slurs, discrimination, incitement or violence against people based on protected characteristics; genocide or ethnic hatred.
Child safety — zero tolerance
All child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM), sexualized minors, grooming and unsafe or exploitative child content, including synthetic depictions. Do not upload or generate sexual content involving anyone under 18. Our portrait effects are for consenting adults only.
NCII and impersonation
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, undressing effects, abusive impersonation, misleading endorsements and deception about a real person or organization. Permission to use a photo is not consent to create intimate imagery. Do not misrepresent AI output as authentic footage.
Copyright and trademarks
Unlicensed copyrighted music, footage or artwork; trademark infringement and misleading brand affiliation. Provide rights evidence when asked. Do not use the service to evade supplier safeguards, forge identities, commit fraud or spam.
Actual review process
The server validates consent, file types, size/dimensions, ownership and generation parameters. Local text rules reject obvious unsafe prompt terms; these are conservative keyword rules, not a semantic moderation model. Waffo Prompt Screening checks text in semantic=enforce mode using the existing server credential. Only allow + allowed + scored, a valid request ID and no matched categories passes the text gate. Block rejects the request; review, disabled/shadow scoring, missing evidence and service failure hold it for retry. Private records retain the verdict, request ID, prompt hash and review actions. This API does not scan photos, videos or audio, establish consent or intellectual-property rights, or demonstrate full coverage of violence and hate. Until broader category and media checks are validated, production prompts, uploaded media and rights also require operator approval before fal submission. Provider content-policy errors stop the job; reported NSFW output flags are rejected. Available model adapters retain their safety settings (including the H3 safety checker). Every final production output remains unavailable for playback, download and public sharing until a separate human approval. Provider checks are not a substitute for that review. Successful generation or absence of an NSFW flag is not media approval. There is no automated public gallery; existing shares require output approval and can be held after reports. When generation reopens, the operator also spot-checks approved shares and records any action. Current adapters include ByteDance Seedance 2.5, MiniMax H3 Max Recast and Video Depth Anything via fal; an adapter is not an enabled service. Generation and payments are currently closed.
Reports, timing and privacy
Anyone can submit /report without signing in or email support@aihotellobby.io, our verified domain support mailbox. A successful form submission immediately displays a stored reference; email delivery is handled by a retryable notification queue. For child-safety or NCII reports identifying an existing share URL, public playback is automatically held during that same submission while the operator verifies the report. The operator manually triages other reports and may ask for supporting context. Do not upload suspected illegal imagery to the report form; provide the on-site URL and a description. Report details are limited to the operator and service providers needed to investigate; malicious reports are recorded. This is an operator-run service, not a 24/7 safety team. The site owner personally handles reports and appeals: an initial human reply within 1 business day and, if investigation remains open, a progress update within 3 business days of receipt. Severe child-safety, NCII and imminent-harm concerns receive priority. Business days are Monday-Friday (UTC). Provide a reply address or contact the mailbox with your reference to receive updates. These are response and progress commitments, not a final-resolution deadline; automatic receipt and holding are not the human reply.
Enforcement and appeals
After review, the operator can issue a recorded written warning, immediately block a file and revoke its share link, remove a completed file through the next cleanup run, suspend or permanently ban an account, and revoke its remaining generation credits with an audit ledger entry. Pending requests are stopped on account restriction. Severe or repeated violations can lead to a permanent ban; a report alone never bans an account or clears credits. Actions take effect when recorded; final investigation duration depends on evidence and is not guaranteed. The response and progress commitments above also apply to appeals. Credit revocation is a service restriction, not a statement that statutory refund rights disappear. Suspensions and content holds can be reversed after review. Appeal via /report (category Other) or the support mailbox, with the reference and evidence. No independent appeal team or guaranteed final appeal decision deadline is claimed. We may preserve necessary records and cooperate with legally required investigations.
