AI Hotel Lobby is an independent video creation service. Artist and trend references are descriptive and do not imply affiliation. Generation and purchase availability is shown in the interface; a draft is not a delivered video.

Your files and permission

You must have rights to every input and permission to use each likeness. Do not upload illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, abusive impersonations, minors in adult effects or fabricated endorsements. Supplier safety checks may reject a request.

Results and credits

Quotes reserve integer credits when a job is accepted. Technical failure releases credits once with their original expiry. Unknown outcomes require reconciliation. Quality and exact identity preservation are not guaranteed; you are responsible for reviewing a result before publishing.

Subscriptions and retention

If enabled, subscriptions renew at the disclosed price until canceled through account settings. Access lasts to the paid period end. Welcome credits expire in three days, subscription credits at period end, and one-time credits do not expire. Inputs expire in seven days and outputs in thirty; retain your downloaded copy.

Contact and disputes

Use the support request form to report delivery, account or rights issues. These operational terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Operator disclosure and payment approval must be completed before live sales. Account support request
