1. Separate video length from waiting time
The completed duo is 10 seconds. About 10 minutes is the workbench's generation estimate, not a measured guarantee or delivery deadline. Safety checks, queue time, generation and download preparation can affect the wait. A task still marked as processing after ten minutes has not automatically failed.
2. If the page loses connection, check the saved task
After the server accepts generation, it appears in My videos. Reopen that page in the same account and use Retry status check if a connection notice appears. Retry status check reads the existing task; it does not buy another video or submit a second generation. If no task is visible, check the account and credit activity, then contact support before creating another paid task.
3. If the supplier outcome is unknown, keep one task
Supplier response needs review means the service could not confirm whether the original submission succeeded. It is not a confirmed failure. The original outcome must be reconciled before retrying generation or returning reserved credits. Do not use Create again as a recovery button: it starts a separate workflow. Contact support with the task's date, tool, displayed status and account email; never send a password or payment-card details.
4. Check returned credits separately from cash refunds
Confirmed technical failures return reserved credits once, visible in account credit activity. If those reserved credits expired while the task was active, that returned amount receives a seven-day recovery period; other credits keep their original expiry. An image you dislike in a completed video is handled under the refund policy, not automatically classified as a technical failure. A cash refund request is complete only after payment-provider confirmation.
5. If a 9:16 export fails, preserve the original
The optional vertical export is a separate file-processing step after the duo is completed. A failed export does not replace the horizontal original. Retry the export or download the original while it remains available; it uses no additional generation credits. Closing the browser does not extend the completed result's 30-day expiry.
