Can I generate for free?
A verified new account receives 10 credits that expire after three days. A five-second Mini video at 720p is quoted at 12 credits, so the welcome grant may not cover a video. Generation and checkout remain closed until service verification is complete.
Who can see my files?
Files are private to your account and the suppliers needed to process your request. Inputs expire after seven days and outputs after thirty days. You can delete your files from your account.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits are reserved when the server accepts a job. Confirmed technical failures release them once. If the supplier outcome is unknown, the job stays under review until it can be reconciled.
