Credits, failures and clean downloads

Understand reservation, expiry and access to retained originals.

Read the quote first

A verified new account receives 10 credits for three days. This may not cover a video: a five-second 720p Mini quote is 12 credits. We do not promise a free completed video.

When a request fails

Accepted tasks reserve credits atomically. Confirmed technical failures release them once to the original source and expiry. An unknown supplier outcome is reconciled before a retry or release.

Keep a download

Paid purchases unlock retained clean originals without generating again. Input files expire after seven days and completed outputs after thirty days; download a copy before expiry. Availability depends on live service setup.
