1. Understand who processes the photos
Source photos and results are private to your account and the suppliers needed to process your request. Cloudflare hosts private storage, SeeAPI screens inputs through expiring links, and fal processes generation. Google sign-in does not supply your Google photos. The service is not an on-device editor: required suppliers may process data across countries under their own policies.
2. Download before the file expires
On this site, inputs become inaccessible after 7 days and completed outputs after 30 days. Scheduled cleanup then removes expired objects; inputs for active tasks remain until processing is resolved. The expiry is an access limit, not a promise of immediate physical deletion from every supplier. Download your completed MP4 before its displayed expiry; public sharing does not extend it.
3. Turn off an existing public share link
Open My videos, choose Manage sharing on the completed video, then Turn off sharing. While sharing is enabled, anyone with the link can play a watermarked result without signing in. Source photos, prompts, account name and email are not published by that link. Turning it off stops future link access but cannot recall copies viewers already saved. Keep sharing off if the adults or media rights do not permit publication.
4. Delete retained files when you no longer need them
If Delete files appears on the completed video in My videos, save any copy you need first, then choose it and confirm. Deletion cannot be undone and removes the completed original, watermarked copy, associated processing files and 9:16 exports, disabling the share link. Uploaded duo portraits keep their separate 7-day access period; request earlier input deletion through support. It does not cancel an active task, refund a purchase or delete the account. If the control is unavailable or an input needs attention, use the support form instead of assuming deletion completed.
5. Request account or data deletion separately
Use the account support form for access, correction, account deletion or a rights concern. Requests are reviewed to reconcile active tasks and retain legally required transaction records. Site media deletion does not promise simultaneous deletion from supplier systems; their retention policies also apply. Browser-selected files kept for sign-in or checkout can be restored within 15 minutes, and clearing settings removes that temporary copy.
